Bayley‘s WWE status continues to be a major talking point amid exit rumors. Now, a significant change to WWE’s SummerSlam tryout poster has only added to the rumors.
The former WWE Women’s Champion was originally listed as one of the stars appearing at the WWE SummerSlam Prospect Tryout VIP Experience. However, her name has now been removed from the experience. This development has led fans to wonder if it’s connected to her uncertain contract situation.
Bayley removed from SummerSlam tryout promotion
WWE NXT General Manager Robert Stone recently promoted the SummerSlam tryouts on social media. He highlighted a special VIP experience taking place during SummerSlam week.
The original advertisement included Bayley, Nattie, Je’Von Evans, and Shawn Michaels as part of the event. The experience gives aspiring WWE talent a chance to learn from WWE coaches, meet Superstars, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the company.
However, the current listing on OnLocation’s official website has changed. Instead of Bayley, the page now lists Ivy Nile alongside Je’Von Evans and Nattie.
The updated description says:
“Access a private meet & greet with Je’Von Evans, Ivy Nile and Nattie as they stop by to check in on the new wave of prospects!”
So far, neither WWE nor Bayley has explained why her name was removed. It’s still unknown whether she will appear at the event.
The change comes only a few days after Bayley’s WWE future became a hot topic.
At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Bayley lost to Lyra Valkyria, who choked her unconscious before attacking her again after the match. On the following episode of RAW, Valkyria claimed that she “ran Bayley out of here,” leading many fans to believe the Role Model had been written off TV.
Despite that storyline, a recent report says there is no confirmation that Bayley is leaving WWE.
