Major League Wrestling isn’t mincing words when it comes to WWE WrestleMania moving to Saudi Arabia in 2027.
During his opening promo at MLW Fury Road, which streamed live on the promotion’s YouTube channel, Cesar Duran (aka Dario Cueto) took a major shot at WWE’s international ventures—without directly naming the sports entertainment juggernaut.
“While some other company packs up their ‘big show’ and shipped it off to Saudi Arabia to take that blood money, we come here with the real deal right here in Texas!” he said.
Salina de la Renta chimed in by saying, “Remember, that at Major League Wrestling, we don’t play soft. We don’t play safe. We choose violence!”
Tony Khan on running AEW event against WWE WrestleMania 43 in 2027
All Elite Wrestling’s Tony Khan also commented on the possibility of running an AEW event against WrestleMania 43 in 2027.
“I have a lot of interest in it and I can promise we’re going to run a huge event in the spring of 2027. I think Spring 2027 is going to be a great time for AEW. We’re still going to be in the peak of this massive media deal that we’ve done with Warner Bros. Discovery, we’re going to be delivering great shows,” Khan said during All Out media call.
