Jon Moxley would never want Batman as a member of the Death Riders.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Jon Moxley recently spoke with Adam Barnard of The Sportster. When asked how it feels to be in a comic book alongside some of the biggest heroes and villains of DC Comics, Moxley admitted it was pretty surreal.
“It’s pretty surreal,” Jon Moxley admitted. “To be in a real DC comic book is pretty wild. And it shows how much the fans have latched on to the characters they see on AEW every week. So it’s a pretty good thing for fans.”
When asked if there were any DC characters he’d like to have join the Death Riders, Moxley backed the Red Hood before explaining why Batman wouldn’t be welcome in his faction.
“The Red Hood gets business done usually,” Jon Moxley began. “I wouldn’t have Batman, at a certain point, like, are you just not gonna kill the Joker? It’s getting ridiculous. I’m a pragmatist. It’s just come on, what are we doing here? I just can’t get with that. One chance, maybe two. Okay, by the third time you’ve escaped Arkham and gone on a murdering spree, like, would you shoot him? Somebody f*cking shoot him.”
Moxley will likely go to great lengths this weekend to try and force Darby Allin to quit at AEW WrestleDream.
WrestleZone will have live coverage of AEW WrestleDream on Saturday evening.
