Hangman Page Sends Special Gift To Fan Who Had ‘ICE Fears Hangman’ Sign Confiscated

AEW World Champion Hangman Page has sent a special gift to a fan who recently got his sign confiscated during a show.

During an AEW Dynamite taping in October, a fan’s ‘ICE fears Hangman’ sign was confiscated by security. Hangman Page has been vocal about his displeasure with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and even urged fans to contact HBO Max about ICE airing commercials during AEW shows.

A month after the incident, the fan took to Instagram to announce that Hangman Page reached out to him and sent him autographed t-shirts.

“Last month I went to AEW and one of my signs got confiscated by security and ruined my night. Little did I know it would make the rounds online and catch the attention of the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Hangman Adam Page. Who personally sent me these autographed t-shirts. This is the coolest thing ever, a gift from the world’s heavyweight champion l, who turned a negative into the ultimate positive. Hangman is now officially my favorite wrestler ever. Definitely some cowboy s**t.”

Hangman Page Is Set For Another Title Defence Against Samoa Joe

Following his successful title defense against Samoa Joe at AEW WrestleDream, Hangman Page will defend the AEW World Championship against The Samoan Submission Machine once again at AEW Full Gear.

Samoa Joe and the rest of The Opps attacked Hangman Page after the latter defeated Joe to retain the title at WrestleDream, planting the seeds for a potential rematch. Last week’s episode of Dynamite saw The Samoan Submission Machine make it official by winning a No.1 contender’s four-way match against Hook, Bobby Lashley, and Ricochet.

Samoa Joe made Hook tap out to the Coquina Clutch to score the victory and earn the right to challenge Hangman Page for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear, which will take place from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on November 22.
