WWE 2K26 is set to release in just over a month, and Seth Rollins didn’t hold back when it came to talking about the cover star.
In a recent video for GQ Sports, various WWE stars were asked about the upcoming game, which features CM Punk on the cover. While stars like Liv Morgan and Randy Orton were happy for him, Rollins was not. He compared his reaction to that of the “emoji that vomits green.”
Rollins’ former stablemates in The Vision also weren’t too happy. Bron Breakker said it was a “leap of faith to put someone that ugly” on the cover. Bronson Reed also would’ve liked to see The Vision on the cover, but did understand why Punk made it.
Speaking to GamingBible, Rollins had even more to say about Punk’s cover. He said he doesn’t feel like Punk “is the right choice to be the representative of anything that has to do with” WWE.
“I never feel like CM Punk is the right choice to be the representative of anything that has to do with this business and this company. But it’s not my decision, it’s not my sandbox, and these aren’t my toys. I don’t get to make those calls, but it is what it is. If they think they can sell video games with CM Punk on the cover? Go for it,” Rollins said.
