Jeff Hardy Reacts To Going Viral on TikTok In Judgmental Dad Video

Jeff Hardy has a new claim to fame.

Matt and Jeff Hardy are known around the world for their pro wrestling careers. Their accomplishments include various title wins in WWE, TNA and Ring of Honor, among other promotions. Now, Jeff has gone viral due to his appearance in a viral TikTok video.

The BadicalDadical-produced video sees Jeff portraying an overprotective father while his daughter, Ruby, and connorkilledthevibe_ are trying to spend some time together.

The video has more than 2 million views on TikTok, and it reached more than 4 million on Instagram. Jeff spoke about how the collaboration came up, noting that Connor’s dad is the one who pitched it to him.

“They travel back and forth from Ohio and Florida. They’re moving to Florida, but they were traveling from Ohio to Florida and stopped to have dinner with us,” Jeff explained. “We were just at the hotel, and Connor’s dad said, ‘Would you want to do a video with us?’ I said, ‘Yeah, sure. What are you thinking?’ They explained it to me, and I loved it right away. We knocked it out really quick, man. And it turned out so good.”

Matt Hardy jokes that he’s used to Jeff’s ‘judgmental’ look

Matt Hardy recalled Jeff’s look being reminiscent of a life-sized cardboard cutout of his brother, which was the punchline of a running joke in their family.

“I had one of me and Jeff down in my gym at one point. I remember one was in the corner, and I was working out. My wife said, ‘Look at Jeff. Damn, he’s judging you from behind. Your form was bad.’ For the longest time, we called that ‘Judging Jeff,’ and that’s what it reminded me of,” Matt Hardy explained. “Whenever you saw the clip of them, Judging Jeff came to mind, and it was very funny. As soon as I saw that video, I immediately texted him and said, ‘Oh my god, that was hilarious.’”

Jeff Hardy also said he’s very proud of his daughter Ruby’s acting skills in the video.

“Her acting was great — when she was on the couch, the way she was like, ‘What’s wrong? What’s going on?’ It was so good.”
