AEW star Mercedes Moné didn’t hold back while responding to a fan who called her out of touch.
Responding to a post about Mercedes Moné saying her $99 a month text message service is priced very low, a fan noted that the former AEW TBS Champion is very “out of touch with reality.”
“She’s a great performer but I don’t think there’s a woman’s wrestler on this planet more out of touch with reality,” he wrote.
Mercedes Moné didn’t take too kindly to the fan’s comments and clapped back with a sharp response. She essentially suggested he can’t afford her $99 text message service, while jabbing at his potential OnlyFans spending habits.
“Out of touch… or just not in your price range. How many OnlyFans subs you paying for, brother?” she wrote.
Mercedes Moné went on a hiatus after losing the TBS Championship to Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynamite New Year’s Smash. However, she has been teasing a return to the ring over the past few weeks.
Mercedes Moné recently shared an in-ring return update
Mercedes Moné recently shared an update on her in-ring return on her Instagram stories. She noted that she’s using her time off to heal her body and revealed that she traveled to Cancun, Mexico, for stem cell treatment.
“So, I’ve been really trying to enjoy this time off by really healing my body and taking care of myself because I want to come back to the ring better than ever,” Mercedes Moné began. “I’m going to be very busy in March, because I still have a lot of championships to defend. Yes, I defend my titles b*tches. But I have just been really taking this time to feel good, and I really want to feel good inside and outside.”
“If you saw a couple of my videos at the House of Sun. Oh my god, my back, my neck feel so amazing. I’ve never felt my spine just feel so straight. Now, I’m here in Cancun, Mexico, for stem cell treatment. I came down to Rejuva Stem because a lot of my co-workers came down here and told me about their results, so I’m super excited for feeling my best version of myself,” Mercedes Moné said.
