Roman Reigns Responds To CM Punk’s Personal Comments On RAW
The situation stems from comments made by CM Punk on the March 2 episode of RAW, where the World Heavyweight Champion told Roman Reigns he intended to “bury” him next to his late father, Sika Anoa’i.
On March 16, Reigns arrived backstage and met with The Usos before addressing both them and the wider Bloodline. He praised Jimmy and Jey for confronting Punk the previous week, noting that when someone “runs their mouth,” it has to be answered.
Looking directly into the camera, Reigns made his stance clear.
“To all my family, all the Bloodline, cousins, you should be offended at what CM Punk said about my father. Your uncle… but here’s the thing: You got before & you have after WrestleMania, but on that weekend… CM Punk is mine!”
Later backstage, the conversation continued between Reigns and The Usos. Jey Uso questioned why Reigns hadn’t already gone after Punk, while Jimmy emphasized that there is a time and place for everything.
Reigns shifted the focus to legacy, referencing how their fathers spent time on the road and stating that his own priority is being present for his family. Still, the issue with Punk remained unresolved.
The Usos reiterated that Punk owes an apology, but Reigns made it clear he wasn’t seeking one for himself — instead, he intends to handle the situation for the entire family.
