ODB gave an emotional speech after her TNA Hall of Fame announcement.
TNA legend ODB teamed up with Mickie James and Taryn Terrell in a losing effort against The Elegance Brand at the Rebellion event this past Saturday. Despite the loss, she was in for a surprise as Tommy Dreamer and Carlos Silva came to the ring, told Ash by Elegance and her partners to leave, and announced that she would get inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame at the Bound for Glory pay-per-view on October 11.
ODB then cut a short emotional promo, reacting to the surprise announcement. After 25 years in the business, she confirmed that she has no intentions of slowing down. The former four-time Knockouts Champion said she loves the business and everyone in the back, and asked the TNA knockouts to keep up their good work.
“I’ll keep this short, guys. Ladies and gentlemen, Big Al, I was not expecting this, but there would be no ODB without all of you. And I’m 25 years in this business, I’ve had a lot of fun, I’m not done yet. I know I got some food trucks to run. Well, maybe I should be bringing it to Bound for Glory. What do you say, Big Al? But thank you, guys. I love this business. I love you, I love everyone in the back. To all the knockouts, keep on doing this cuz it’s been a hell of a ride watching everyone. Boom, see you at Bound for Glory,” she said.
