Oba Femi Picks Up Major WWE RAW Win Despite Injury From Brock Lesnar Match

Oba Femi may have left WWE Clash in Italy on the losing side against Brock Lesnar. However, the RAW star wasted little time proving he was still a force to be reckoned with.

Just one night later in Turin, Femi battled through visible injuries to score a major victory in the opening round of the King of the Ring Tournament.

The June 1 edition of WWE RAW from the Inalpi Arena featured the first King of the Ring Fatal Four-Way match. Femi shared the ring with Penta, Solo Sikoa, and Carmelo Hayes.

While the field was stacked with top talent, the spotlight quickly shifted to whether “The Ruler” could compete at full strength after his brutal encounter with Lesnar at Clash in Italy.

Oba Femi attains RAW victory and declares his intentions

Femi entered the match with his left arm and elbow heavily taped following the punishment he absorbed from Lesnar.

During their rematch at Clash in Italy, Lesnar relentlessly targeted Femi’s arm. The Beast trapped him in a Kimura submission and drove it into the ring post. It ultimately took seven F5s, including one through the announce table, for Lesnar to secure the victory and even their rivalry at 1-1.

Despite the damage, Femi powered through on RAW. He overcame interference from Talla Tonga, launching the Bloodline member into the announce table before regaining control of the match. Moments later, he delivered a devastating Fall From Grace powerbomb to Solo Sikoa to earn the pinfall victory and advance in the tournament.

After the match, the Ruler made his intentions clear, declaring that he plans to become King of the Ring before warning Lesnar not to forget that their rivalry remains tied at one victory apiece.

For now, Femi’s focus shifts to the tournament. However, his message made one thing clear — this rivalry may be down, but it’s far from counted out.
