Former WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes recently invited Jimmy Fallon into the WWE world. Rhodes jokingly suggested the late-night host chop his WWE SummerSlam opponent, CM Punk. He even promised it would earn Fallon a Hall of Fame run.
Cody Rhodes appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon ahead of SummerSlam. During the interview, Fallon asked about possibly getting involved in WWE. Rhodes warned that celebrities usually end up in his storylines.

“Here’s my warning. A lot of the celebrities and people who want to cross into wrestling, or do some sort of merging of worlds, I feel like they always get involved in my stuff.” He then named a few examples. “Travis Scott, Pat McAfee, they always get right in on what I’m doing.”
Rhodes joked that Fallon could avoid wrestling a full match. “You can pick other people to mess with. Not everyone has to fully wrestle.” He said, “You know, you come to the show. Prime example. I hook old Cookie Monster Punk, right? I hook his arms like this.”
CM Punk, Chick magnet, chaos magnet, constantly miserable. What? Cookie Monster? He is the best in the world. He’s WWE Champion. But I hook his arms and turned to you just give them a nice open chop right on the chest. The place reacts, they clap, and that’s all. You get Hall of Fame run after that… not everyone has to be full-blown. They don’t have to do the full thing. Let me do that.”
