The Watch List looks at what matches you should be watching, and they are recommended by today’s professional wrestling stars.
WrestleZone recently spoke with Bron Breakker, who believes his work with Ilja Dragunov shows what kind of performer he is in the ring.
“I think me versus Ilja [Dragunov] is about as informative of me as you could probably [get]. Understand just how physical I am,” Breakker explained. “That I can fist-fight with anybody at any point in time that thinks they are more physical but they are not.
“It shows that I can go, that I can work. I can work at a [high] level with anyone in the locker room, that I can go,” he added. “That’s [the best choice]. Watch any match, watch that.”
Bron Breakker is a legacy talent. He is the son of Rick Steiner and the nephew of Scott Steiner. He grew up around the pro wrestling business and has seen plenty of memorable matches. Are there any matches he saw as a kid that really inspired him to be a pro wrestler?
“I don’t think there’s one,” Breakker pointed out. “[It’s] just a cumulation of a few. Just seeing my dad and Scotty over time, watching them. That’s what motivated me.”
