Title This: 2012 WWE Survivor Series Reaction

WWE Survivor SeriesBrodus Clay, Internation Airstrike, Sin Cara, and Rey Mysterio Defeated Primetime Players, Primo and Epico, and Tensai

This match was basically to get the crowd going for a long night ahead of them. Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio were going to get on the card somehow, and I figured it would be teaming with even more entertaining guys like Gabriel and Kidd. The faces get the quick offense, and then Tensai eliminates Brodus Clay. Man, talk about two guys that have fallen off the WWE radar quicker than anyone else. Gabriel quickly surprises and eliminates Tensai, which enrages him. After the two big men are eliminated, it was all about action. Gabriel and Kidd really do do a fantastic job executing their air assault onto Primo and Epico. The last man left was Darren Young, which shocked me. This would have been a perfect spot to showcase how big and strong Titus is. If you let him eliminate a few guys, his stock rises. Look at what it has done to superstars in the past. I did not really like only Brodus being eliminated from the face team, as there was never any real dramatic element. The action was great, the high flying was fun, but this match was extremely meaningless on all ends.

Eve Defeated Kaitlyn to Retain the WWE Divas Championship

A tale of two different Divas. Eve is established on many levels, especially with her importance in feuds outside of the WWE Divas Championship. Furthermore, Kaitlyn is going to be around for a while because of her hard work and excellent look. With her power and strength, she really can become someone the WWE can rely on, but just not yet. Eve gets the victory after a somewhat slow and dragged out match. This halted momentum for the entire night. After an exciting match for the live crowd, this really shut things down. It just seemed like all of the moves were half a step off, the timing was not there, and their chemistry did not click. I give credit for allowing this match to happen, but maybe there needed to be some more excitement in the feud for the fans to care. This was simply thrown together, with no real conclusion in sight. Kaitlyn's inverted DDT looked very nice, but Eve got the better of her with a great neckbreaker. All in all, just an okay match from beginning to end. When does the WWE try to build more than month long feuds for the Divas?
