Roman Reigns defeated The Big Show
Big Show throws Roman Reigns into the top rope and hangs him up there. Big Show comes back with some punches to his stomach and then kicks him.Reigns gets dropped with a powerslam and then an elbow drop. Romam Reigns comes back and hits a Samoan Drop. Big Show blocks a Superman Punch and then Reigns clips his knee. He hits a running dropkick onto the outside and then hits him with a Superman Punch. Big Show falls over the announce table. He gets counted out.
The encounter was a safe match for both guys. I think Roman Reigns has gotten a little faster and smoother from move to move. Big Show takes the loss and does not look that weak. We will get these guys battling back and forth until the Royal Rumble match. Nobody thinks Big Show has a shot at winning the Royal Rumble, so why not have Reigns feud with someone that is legit in being considered to win? Is there anyone else that is close to being thought of for winning that is on television every week?
Natalya is Next in Line
Brie locks up Nattie a few times and then hits a running knee. She locks in a headlock and then Nattie is able to fight out of it. Brie hits a diving clotheslien adn then gets another two count. Nattie comes back and picks up the win with a rollup.
After the match, Natalya grabs the championship and holds it above her head.
I like the idea of Nikki vs. Natalya right now. Considering Paige and AJ Lee off television for some reason, these two have a good shot at keeping some interest in a fading division. WWE will go back to the veteran whenever they need her. Natalya deserves it, even though it seems to be a rotating door in the Divas Division.
