Paige defeated Naomi
Naomi taunts Paige at first and then Paige grabs her hair. Naomi laughs and then gets thrown into the corner. Paige punches her and the kicks her in the corner before yelling to the crowd. She unloads with her patented knees to the abs. Naomi grabs Paige’s arm and throws it into the ring post. Naomi tosses her into the corner and begins to stomp a mudhole. Naomi begins to target the arm, wrenching it and applying a submission move. She bashes her in the head and Paige finally breaks free.
Paige hits a clothesline three times and then a dropkick. She connects with a big boot and then Naomi breaks free from the PTO. She kicks Tamina and catches Naomi and turns it into a rampage for the win.
Paige and Naomi get a little bit of time. Naomi is good, like really good. Aggression and the belief that this is her REAL attitude is a reason why she has impressed me. The talent is there in multiple ways. I do feel that she should become champion. If not now, when?
Kevin Owens is interviewed in the ring by Michael Cole. Cole says that he has been in the WWE for two weeks and he says he has been in the business for 15 years. He says he dominated all around the world. Cole says Michael Cole is not his typical competitor, in which Kevin Owens stops him again and rattles off Cena’s accomplishments. He says John Cena sucks. Kevin Owens says John Cena has to prove himself to Owens.
Michael Cole talks about John Cena talking about Kevin Owens starting a fight and if he can finish a fight. They show NXT Unstoppable and what he did to Sami Zayn. Cole tries to talk again and Owens stops him and talks about what he did to Sami Zayn. He says Sami was his best friend and someone he was closer to over anyone else. He says “that is what I did to him.” He says “Imagine what I will do to John Cena, someone I do not care about.” He says that the WWE Universe will know for a fact that the real champ is here.
