#4.) Dolph Ziggler – 2014

At Survivor Series 2014, the big match was Team Cena vs Team Authority, where if Team Cena won, the Authority would be disbanded (and only Cena having the power to bring them back). Team Cena was stacked but there was one notable figure missing – Roman Reigns. It was very obvious that it was his spot that was the most significant one (especially since he was being groomed that year to be the top guy).

However, due to a hernia issue, he was out for months and Ziggler got the spot. As you probably remember, Ziggler was the sole survivor of the team and ended up taking out the last three superstars despite having no one else on his side. Sting did debut and help him secure the victory, but it was obvious that it was Roman Reigns’ spot. Either way, he looked like a million bucks that night. It’s a shame WWE never capitalized on it in the first place.
