In one of the highest-attended WWE events till date, Bret Hart defended the Intercontinental Championship against The British Bulldog. Because of Davey Boy Smith being British, it only made sense for him to headline Wembley Stadium. This match is the stuff of legends and everything that you read about it or hear about it is true.
It was an all-time classic and easily the greatest moment of the British Bulldog’s career, as he pinned Bret Hart to become Intercontinental Champion.
