#3. The Brian Kendrick schools John Cena – May 2003
A couple of months before getting schooled by Kurt Angle, John Cena got schooled by the most surprising name possible – The Brian Kendrick. Cena didn’t take Kendrick seriously whatsoever and provoked him into a rap battle, randomly picking out referee Brian Hebner and telling him to “give him a beat”.
To Cena and everyone else’s surprise, Brian Hebner turned out to be an expert beatboxer. He complimented Kendrick’s rap and the crowd was fully into it, waving their hands in unison. A bitter Cena ended up attacking Kendrick, but it was hilarious nonetheless
