Impact Tag Team Championship Match: LAX (c) w/Konnan vs The Lucha Bros
Before the match starts, Fenix super kicks Ortiz. Santana and Ortiz try an assisted moonsault but Penta superkicks Santana in mid-flip. Penta and Fenix set up the rolling splash but as Penta has Fenix in the air Santana hits a cutter out of nowhere. Everyone superkicks everyone. Penta and Santana are left in the ring. Fenix hits the ring and lands a spin kick. Santana spears Fenix out of the ring. Ortiz and Penta trade chops. Santana lands a splash off the top on Penta. Fenix takes out Ortiz. Everyone is down.
After the break, Fenix double stomps Ortiz while they are on the top rope! Ortz kicks out of Fenix’s pin attempts. Fenix charges in but Ortiz hits a nasty spine buster. A chop exchange with Penta and Santana leads to a superkick exchange as well. Spinning uranage suplex by Santana. Penta kicks out. Santana springboards off the ropes. Penta catches Santana and hits the Pentagon Driver. Santana kicks out at 2.5. Penta and Fenix miss their tag finisher. Ortiz slingshots Santana into a double cutter on Penta and Fenix. Fenix kicks out. Street Sweeper by LAX. Penta breaks up the pin. The Lucha bros hit the Fear Factor/double stomp combo. Santana kicks out. Penta sets up the Fear factor and hits it. Santana kicks out! Reverse ranna by Fenix. Fear Factor/Double stomp by Fenix and Penta. Santana can’t kick out for the third time. It’s over.
Winners and NEW Impact Tag Team Champions, The Lucha Bros!
After the match, Konnan shakes Penta and Fenix’s hands. Santana and Ortiz begrudgingly give Fenix and Penta congratulations.
