Enzo Amore On His WWE Firing, Admiration For Juice Robinson & Finn Balor

Another clip from Enzo Amore’s shoot video with the Title Match Network has been released. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion talks about getting fired by WWE and two wrestlers that have his utmost respect.

“I found out like you all did,” said Amore. “I was backstage, tweet goes out, and I send a phone call to my lawyer right on the spot. Vince McMahon calls me into his office, go home, next day, get fired the next day from Mark Carrano. I said, and I quote, ‘That’s your loss, not mine.’ I’m going to prove that every day of my life. I don’t know what they’re doing with numbers and ratings right now. With All Elite Wrestling and all, I don’t think [WWE] is doing all that hot.”

While Enzo doesn’t keep up with WWE or much wrestling right now, he does go out to watch some of his pals. “I did see Finn Balor vs. Brock Lesnar,” explained Amore. “Finn is my brother. I love him. I’ve watched Juice Robinson work a lot. He’s just the homie. I always admired him so much. The environment was extremely toxic in NXT and you had no freedom creatively to get over. He said, ‘Fuck you, Triple H. Fuck you, WWE. I’m going to go to Japan, live in a dojo, and do it by myself.’ And he did that. I love that.”
