Japanese Star Jiro Kuroshio Hints At Coming To WWE In Post-Match Promo

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer is reporting the latest in his Observer Newsletter (subscription required) that Jiro Kuroshio (real name Shojiro Higuchi) has strongly hinted at heading to WWE.

Kuroshio recently lost to T-Hawk of OWE for the Wrestle-1 World Championship and after his defeat, he stated that he was leaving the Wrestle-1 promotion and it was to attain championship gold in the biggest promotion in the United States. According to Meltzer, Kuroshio is scheduled to be in New York City for WrestleMania week, but to work non-WWE events.

Kuroshio has been with Wrestle-1 since 2014 and at the age of 21 formed a stable called Novus.
