The working relationship between All Elite Wrestling and AAA continues to be a healthy one. Ahead of AAA’s Triplemania event, both Cody Rhodes and MJF will appear at the promotion’s television taping in Aguascalientes. This follows The Young Bucks and Lucha Bros feud, which saw the Bucks win and then lose the AAA tag team belts.
As reported by Lucha Central, the plan is for the two to tag together in order to face Brian Cage and Taurus. This comes after Rhodes’ appearance at Rey de Reyes, where Cody was attacked by Taurus. Nothing is certain yet, but it’s possible that this leads to a singles match at Triplemania XXVII.
