The Revival Request Their Release From WWE Again, Turn Down Major Deal (Updated)

UPDATE: BodySlam.net is reporting that the pair turned down new deals that would pay each wrestler more than $700,000 a year. They say that Scott Dawson’s WWE contract is set to expire in April, while Dash Wilder’s is done in June.

It doesn’t seem that The Revival’s future will be within WWE going forward.

As first reported on Wrestling Observer Live, both members of The Revival requested their release last week from the company. However, both Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder are currently with the company as it hasn’t been granted. Both men are set to compete on tonight’s episode of SmackDown on FOX.

It was previously reported that the pair’s contracts expire in the spring of 2020, so it won’t be too long before they’re free from WWE employ either way. This has become a yearly tradition, though, as they also reportedly requested their release in January of 2019.
