This week on WWE RAW, Keith Lee faced Dolph Ziggler in a match where the winner would move on to a triple threat match. The victor of that match will earn a WWE Championship Match at WWE Clash of Champions. Lee defeated Randy Orton the previous night at WWE Payback. To kick-start the match, Ziggler attacked Lee from behind when he confronted Orton in the ring.

Ziggler used his quickness to counter Lee’s power, but Lee sent Ziggler flying into the turnbuckle. Ziggler dropped Lee with a neckbreaker and used his veteran expertise to ground Lee. The former NXT Champion Pounced Ziggler out of the ring.

Ziggler planted Lee with a Fameasser for a two count. Lee countered to toss Ziggler around the ring and planted him with a spinning powerslam. Ziggler hit the Zig Zag for a two count. In the end, Lee pinned Ziggler to advance to the triple threat match.
