Ring of Honor Announces ‘Women’s Division Wednesday,’ TV Title Match For Later This Month

This week’s episode of ROH Week By Week included two major announcements.

First, to preview the upcoming Ring of Honor Women’s Championship Tournament, the promotion will start to feature “Women’s Division Wednesday.” Starting on April 28, ROH will feature new women’s wrestling matches on its YouTube channel every Wednesday. ROH television host Quinn McKay teased that some of these competitors might compete in the tournament. These matches will feature newcomers and ROH veterans alike.

McKay also announced the card for the episode of ROH Wrestling that will air two weeks from now. Tracy Williams will defend his ROH World Television Championship against Tony Deppen in a clash between The Foundation and Violence Unlimited. Plus, Bandido and Flamita will clash in a dynamic singles match after MexiSquad has imploded in recent weeks.

The upcoming episode of ROH Wrestling will showcase Eli Isom vs. Dak Draper and La Faccion Ingobernable (ROH World Champion RUSH, Kenny King and La Bestia del Ring) vs. Violence Unlimited (Brody King, Homicide and Chris Dickinson.)
