The men’s Money In The Bank field is taking shape after several qualifying matches that took place on RAW.
Ricochet was the first man to qualify for this year’s Men’s Money In The Bank match, as he defeated AJ Styles in the opening contest of this week’s episode of WWE RAW.
Ricochet punched his ticket in the Money In The Bank ladder match after he scored a big win over AJ Styles on RAW. Ricochet ended up picking up the victory after the Viking Raiders came down to the ring to take care of Omos, a reaction to some backstage antics earlier in the night. Ricochet took advantage and bested Styles after countering the Phenomenal Forearm with a knee to the face.
In the second match, John Morrison surprisingly beat Randy Orton after hitting Starship Pain for the pinfall win. The match was not without shenanigans, however, as The Miz ended up spraying Orton in the face with his Drip Stick during the final moments of the contest. Riddle came to the ring and chased Miz away, which led to Morrison distracting Orton before hitting his finisher for the win.
The final match saw Riddle upset Drew McIntyre in a hard-hitting battle. The final moments of the match saw Riddle avoid a Claymore and apply the Bro-Mission, then McIntyre tried an electric chair drop but Riddle countered with a victory roll for the win.
