The Coronation of King Shinsuke Nakamura
Rick Boogs introduces Shinsuke Nakamura as the one true King of WWE. Nakamura joins Boogs in the ring. Nakamura sits on his throne as Boogs places the crown on his head. Backstage, King… err… Baron Corbin is watching from a monitor. A dejected Corbin says he lost his crown and everything else. Corbin laments, what’s the point, and walks away.
Backstage, Seth Rollins tells Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville that he should be Reigns next challenger. No one on this roster deserves a title shot more than him. Pearce says they aren’t ready to make that decision right now. Deville says they will take it under advisement.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Big E vs. Apollo Crews w/Commander Azeez
Big E slams Crews and gets a near fall. Big E chokes Crews on the ropes. Big E brings Crews out to the apron. Big E sets up a suplex. Crews counters it into a DVD on the apron. After the break, Crews is working over Big E. Big E fires up and suplexes Crews. Running splash by Big E. Crews counters shit your ass down. Big E rolls Crews into a stretch muffler. Azeez helps Crews get to the ropes behind the referee’s back. Crews surprises Big E with an enziguri. Crews goes up top. Big E cuts him off.
Crews and Big E trade strikes on the top rope. Crews drops down and kicks Big E in the head. Big E falls to the mat. Frog splash by Crews. Big E kicks out. Crews deadlift German suplexes Big E. Big E manages to kick out. Big E rolls out of the ring. Crews follows and walks right into sit your ass down. Big E sends Crews back into the ring. Azeez pushes Big E into the barricade and loads up the Nigerian Nail. The referee sees him and ejects him from ringside. Big E drops Crews with the Big Ending for the win.
