New NWA Show Advertised For December Tapings In Atlanta

The National Wrestling Alliance will kick off its December slate of tapings with the Hard Times 2 pay-per-view, but an interesting bit of news comes from what details haven’t been announced yet.

In a recent announcement on their social media channels, the National Wrestling Alliance will be traveling to Atlanta in December for a series of shows both old and new. On Friday, December 3, 2021, a brand new weekly NWA program will be taped, with the current name and format being kept a secret.

The next day, December 4, 2021, will see Hard Times 2 broadcast live on FITE from GPB Studios in Atlanta. Finally, on Sunday, December 5 and Monday, December 6, the promotion will tape a series of NWA Powerrr episodes, with tickets already available now on their website.

While the company has big plans for the whole weekend, the biggest draw by far is NWA Hard Times 2. On the pay-per-view, NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Trevor Murdoch — who was attacked by Mike Knox at By Any Means Necessary — will take on Knox for the title. Elsewhere in the night, Kamille will defend her Women’s Championship against Melina Perez, and Tyrus will look to retain his Television Championship against Cyon.

The updated card is as follows:
  • NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship: Trevor Murdoch (c) vs. Mike Knox
  • NWA Women’s Championship: Kamille (c) vs. Melina Perez
  • NWA Television Championship: Tyrus (c) vs. Cyon
