Carmelo Hayes To Face Roderick Strong In Title Unification Bout At WWE NXT New Year’s Evil

Malcom Bivens has all the confidence in Roderick Strong; on the December 21 episode of WWE NXT 2.0, he challenged to NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes to put his title on the line against Strong, who in turn will defend his NXT Cruiserweight Championship. Bivens named NXT New Year’s Evil as the time and place for this buzzworthy bout. In this clash of titleholders, NXT fans will find out who the real “A” Champion of the brand really is.

WWE NXT New Year’s Evil will also feature Tommaso Ciampa defending his NXT Championship against Bron Breakker and the triple threat match between Cora Jade, Raquel Gonzalez and Mandy Rose for the NXT Women’s Championship.
