Jeff Jarrett Makes First ‘#PickAFITE’, W. Morrissey Going ‘Alone’ At IMPACT Hard To Kill

Jeff Jarrett Does His First ‘Pick A FITE’

It was announced via WrestleZone earlier this week that Jeff Jarrett will “#PickAFITE” with FITE TV and his first recommendation happens to be this weekend. Double J’s first fight of choice is serendipitous as it’s IMPACT Wrestling Hard To Kill which goes down Saturday evening at 8 PM on the streaming service.

“FITE has optimized streaming technology and has consistently provided the ultimate digital platform for fans of sports and entertainment,” Jeff stated in the press release announcing the campaign. “As discussed on my podcast, My World With Jeff Jarrett, FITE offers amenities that I am thrilled to promote, as I believe strongly in their business philosophy and ability to evolve alongside changing technology.”

Jeff goes into detail about his relationship with FITE on the latest episode of My World (which you can listen to below):

W. Morrissey On Doing It ‘Alone’ At IMPACT Hard To Kill

W. Morrissey will be one of the three wrestlers in the main event of Hard To Kill as he and Matt Cardona will challenge Moose for the IMPACT World Title. On the go-home show for the PPV, Morrissey cut a promo that tied into him hitting “rock bottom” and why going alone is how he’ll win the title.

“Last year when I came to IMPACT Wrestling I was alone, I didn’t have a single friend in this industry, I didn’t have a single fan in this industry and I didn’t have a single supporter in this industry,” he said to Gia Miller. “But when I hit rock bottom, I did it alone.”

Morrissey noted of his brief alliance with Moose. “That was a mistake. The second that I ended that alliance, the second that I kicked Moose right in his face, I have an IMPACT World Title match and now that I’m back on top, some of the fans here in the IMPACT Zone, they want to hop on the bandwagon, they want to throw up the “dub,” they want to cheer my name. Well I don’t need any fair-weather fans, I don’t need any friends and I sure as hell didn’t need Moose. So this Saturday at Hard To Kill, when I’m standing in this ring across from the two other competitors I’ll be alone and at the end of the night when I’m the last person standing, when I’m the only one left, I’ll be the IMPACT World Champion and I’ll be alone, just how I like it.”
