Thunder Rosa Praises The Bunny’s Growth: She Doesn’t Get Enough Credit

Thunder Rosa is one of the respected in AEW‘s women’s division, but she recently praised some of the company’s other locker room leaders.

During a recent appearance on Throwing Down w/ Renee & Miesha,  Rosa highlighted The Bunny, also known as Allie, for her experience and her growth as a performer. She also pointed out that Allie has been on TV more than some of the other performers in the division, so she stands out in this regard. Rosa also noted Allie’s positive attitude before she named Serena Deeb as another example.

“I think a lot of people don’t give a lot of respect or credit to Allie, The Bunny,” said Rosa. “She’s been in the business for a long, long time, and I’ve seen her progression in the last three years. Like this year or 2021, I could see that she was more confident, she’s one of the ones who has a lot more experience on TV, and I think again after that street fight, I think she gained more respect in the business.

“But she’s one of them. She’s always very positive in the back. and she’s always willing to work. Serena’s another one. If you have any questions, she’s more than welcome to help you with transitions or ideas or any of that sort.”

Rosa went on to name fellow veterans Vickie Guerrero and her on-screen rival Mercedes Martinez as two other knowledgeable individuals who she continues to learn from.

“Vickie Guerrero is another one, like a lot of people don’t understand, she as a manager, she knows a lot about the business, and I like sitting with her and talking to her, so that’s a lot of fun,” said Rosa. “And now we have Mercedes Martinez, who I’m now feuding for a while, so this is gonna be very interesting. Every time I’m in the ring with her, I learn so much, and I love it. She’s really good.”

With Rosa and the other veterans leading the way, AEW’s women’s division continues to reach new heights.
