WWE SmackDown Sets GIANT Center Record, Reigns & Heyman Hug It Out After

WWE SmackDown in Hershey, Pennsylvania was an overwhelming success for the area last week as it was a completely sold out show that set arena records. No talent was comped tickets for the show due to the high demand for tickets in the area. Over 9,000 people were in attendance which includes suite holders, a number that exceeds recent SmackDown events in much larger cities such as New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Nashville, Omaha, and San Antonio.

It was announced at the conclusion of the show that a GIANT Center record was set for the largest box office gate in the history of the venue which has been operating for about 20 years.

Also happening after the event was a dark match between The Bloodline and Drew McIntyre & Viking Raiders. During the match, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns had to comfort Paul Heyman when a few fans in the crowd starting chanting ‘walrus’ at him. Heyman, in character, was visibly shaken up and went over to Roman Reigns to be consoled. You can see video of this below.
