Hernandez has reportedly left IMPACT Wrestling.
Fightful Select shared the news by noting that Hernandez personally confirmed his departure. Per Fightful, his exit came on “good terms”, and it was left “open-ended” so that the two sides could potentially work together again down the road. Alongside this report, the veteran’s profile was recently removed from IMPACT Wrestling’s website.
Hernandez hasn’t appeared on IMPACT TV since he was written off in January with an injury angle. He has been with IMPACT/TNA Wrestling across multiple stints for two decades since 2003, and he returned to the promotion for this latest run in 2020. Dating back to his days as a member of LAX, Hernandez enjoyed plenty of success with the company; he is a former five-time TNA World Tag Team Champion and a two-time NWA World Tag Team Champion.
This departure is the latest of several changes to the IMPACT Wrestling roster; in recent months, Jake Something, Rohit Raju, and Larry D, among other names, have left the company.
