The third AEW Battle of the Belts special is right around the corner.
During the June 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, the broadcast team announced that Battle of the Belts III will be held in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at the Van Andel Arena on August 5. The special will be taped after a live edition of AEW Rampage.
On its website, the arena confirmed the news:
All Elite Wrestling Rampage & Battle of the Belts III will take place on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 8:00PM at Van Andel Arena. This is a televised event.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 10th at 10:00AM. *Note the box office will not be open.

The previous Battle of the Belts specials featured AEW Women’s Championship Matches. AEW Battle of the Belts II was headlined by Thunder Rosa defending her title against Nyla Rose. Plus, Dalton Castle challenged Jonathan Gresham for the ROH World Championship, and Sammy Guevara battled Scorpio Sky in a match for the TNT Championship.
