Bianca Belair Wants To Face Ronda Rousey, Expresses Her Interest In Intergender Matches

Bianca Belair wants to keep proving that she’s the “tough-est” competitor in WWE.

The reigning WWE RAW Women’s Champion continues to reach new heights, and along the way, she has changed the game. At WWE WrestleMania 37, she made history with Sasha Banks when they became the first black women to face each other in a title match “The Showcase of the Immortals.” Now, Belair wants continue to blaze her own trail.

During an interview with Ashley Nicole Moss on Sports Illustrated’s Laces Out, when asked whether she’d be interested in wrestling men, “The EST” stated that she would “love to”, as she is a fan of Chyna and Beth Phoenix, two stars who previously clashed with their male counterparts. For now, the champion noted that WWE’s women’s division is stacked, so she’s focused on that.

“I would love to,” said Belair. “I would love. I mean I’m a fan of Chyna, I’m a fan of Beth Phoenix, the women that have done it before and gotten into the ring with the men. I would love to, but right now, I will say, our women’s division is stacked enough.”

Belair wrestling men on WWE TV might become a reality in the future, but a more realistic possibly could be seeing her face SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. When asked about this dream match, “The EST” expressed her interest and noted that, if they still have their titles at Survivor Series, they could face off in an interpromotional bout there.

“I’m a competitor, I’ve been a competitor my whole life, I love and crave competition,” said Belair. “And I’m always trying to prove that I’m the best. That’s why I call myself, ‘The EST of WWE’. So any time I can step in the ring with someone the caliber of Ronda Rousey, I’m gonna run towards that opportunity. So as long as she’s still champion and I’m still champion, at Survivor Series, we might see Bianca Belair vs. Ronda Rousey.”
