Chad Gable is heading home for the October 3 episode of WWE RAW, and he’ll face off against an intimidating opponent in front of his hometown crowd.
Announced during the September 26 episode of Raw, next week’s show — which will take place in Gable’s home town of Saint Paul, Minnesota — will see Gable step into the ring against Braun Strowman, with Gable looking to score a big win against a larger-than-life opponent in front of his friends and family. Strowman has been locked in bitter feud with Gable and his tag team partner, Otis, since he returned to WWE. He defeated Otis on the September 23 episode of SmackDown, and he’ll aim to complete the sweep next Monday.
Speaking of Otis, the powerhouse will to take on Johnny Gargano in a singles match next week. Like Strowman, Gargano has been at odds with Alpha Academy since he returned to WWE. He defeated Gable in his first match back on RAW, and he’ll look to pick up another win against Otis.

Additionally, Candice LeRae is set to face Dakota Kai in a singles match next Monday. LeRae returned to WWE on the September 26 episode of Raw and defeated Nikki A.S.H. Later in the show, she wished Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair well in her looming match against Bayley at WWE Extreme Rules, leading to a showdown with Damage CTRL. LeRae stepped up and challenged Kai to a match, and she’ll seemingly get her match next week.
