NJPW Battle Autumn Results (11/5): Will Ospreay Faces Tetsuya Naito

On November 5, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held the final night of its Battle Autumn tour from Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium (Edion Arena Osaka) in Osaka, Japan.

The event was headlined by IWGP United States Champion Will Ospreay defending the title against Tetsuya Naito, and it aired on NJPW World.

The results, courtesy of Fightful, are as follows:

  • IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship: TJP & Francesco Akira (c) def. Titan & BUSHI
  • United Empire (Mark Davis , Kyle Fletcher, Aaron Henare & Gideon Gray, ) def. Hiroshi Tanahashi, David Finlay, Alex Zayne & Toru Yano
  • Hikuleo def. Yujiro Takahashi
    • After the match, Hikuleo called out Karl Anderson; he had been scheduled to face Anderson at the event, but the match was cancelled.
  • IWGP World Television Championship tournament semifinals: Ren Narita def. SANADA
  • IWGP World Television Championship tournament semifinals: Zack Sabre Jr. def. EVIL
  • Parejas Increibles: El Desperado &Master Wato def. Taiji Ishimori & Hiromu Takahashi
  • Kazuchika Okada & Tama Tonga def. KENTA & Jay White
  • IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship: FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) (c) def. United Empire (Jeff Cobb & Great-O-Khan)
  • IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship: Will Ospreay (c) def. Tetsuya Naito
    • Ospreay issued an open challenge after the bell, and Shota Umino answered.
