The Usos Retain Titles On 11/11 WWE SmackDown, Set To Become Longest-Reigning WWE Tag Team Champions

The Usos are the ones.

On the November 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, Jimmy and Jey Uso defended the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship against The New Day (Kogi Kingston and Xavier Woods). The two teams have clashed a number of times over the years, but Friday’s bout was particularly noteworthy. With a win, The Usos would clear their way to break The New Day’s record for the longest tag team title reign in WWE history, and that’s exactly what they did.

After a hard-fought battle, Jimmy and Jey scored the win with the 1D on Kingston. They officially break the record (483 days) on November 14.

The New Day previously set the record in December 2016 to break Demolition’s mark, which had stood for 28 years.
