AEW Rampage Viewership Drops On 12/2, Demo Rating Falls To All-Time Low

AEW Rampage viewership dropped on December 2.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 361,000 viewers tuned in, which is down from last week, when 411,000 viewers watched the show on Friday. The November 25 episode had a special start time of 4 p.m. EST due to TNT’s coverage of NHL. The viewership number for the December 2 episode was Rampage’s lowest since the June 17 episode.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage drew a 0.08 rating, which marks an all-time low for the show, dating back to its debut in August 2021. For comparison, last week’s episode scored a 0.11 rating in the same demographic.

Thurston noted that Rampage’s rank in the demographic among cable originals (60th) was a new low for the series as well. He pointed out that 90 Day Fiancé, House Hunters, and House Hunters International ranked higher than Rampage in its time slot.

This week’s episode featured an AEW All-Atlantic Championship match, in which Orange Cassidy defended the gold against QT Marshall. Plus, Darby Allin faced Cole Karter. Fans also heard from Saraya, The Acclaimed, and Swerve in Our Glory on Friday night. Elsewhere on the show, Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal faced Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen).
