After the January 18 episode of AEW Dynamite at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California, All Elite Wrestling taped matches and segments for the January 20 episode of AEW Rampage.

- “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry def. Ethan Page (with Stokely Hathaway, Isiah Kassidy & Matt Hardy)
- Hardy inadvertently cost Page the match. Frustrated with the loss, Page challenged Perry and HOOK to a tag team match against him and Hardy on Dynamite.
- Tony Schiavone interviewed Eddie Kingston and Ortiz. Ortiz noted that Kingston didn’t talk to him in the back, and the confrontation escalated as he said Kingston was a fake tough guy. Kingston attacked Ortiz with a chair and walked away.
- Brian Cage def. Willie Mack
- Jade Cargill & Leila Grey def. Jordyn Vanity & Jaina and
- Action Andretti def. Daniel Garcia
