Anna Jay AS provides an injury update.
The AEW star hasn’t wrestled since the January 13 episode of AEW Rampage, where she and Tay Melo lost to Willow Nightingale and Ruby Soho in a Street Fight. During the match, Nightingale powerbombed Jay off the stage.
In a tweet on February 22, Jay reflected on the match and stated that silence was “just another word for pain.” She included a GIF of the powerbomb, and a fan commented by noting that it seemed like the move may have caused a bruised tailbone. Jay responded by stating that she didn’t suffer a bruised tailbone, but she came out of the match with some dislocated ribs.
