Prince Nana: Give It Six Months To See What Mogul Affiliates Has Planned

Prince Nana explains his goals with Mogul Affiliates in AEW.

The April 7 episode of AEW Rampage marked the formation of a new alliance as Prince Nana, Brian Cage, and Swerve Strickland formed Mogul Affiliates during an attack on Darby Allin. Nana recently appeared on The Sessions and explained to Renee Paquette how he helped put all the pieces together with his new client.

“Let me tell you something, I’ve known Swerve Strickland his whole career and to see him go from day one, ‘Hi, how are you, sir. Nice to meet you, sir,’ to who he is today. Unbelievable,” Nana said. “So proud of him. He is going to be a problem. He is going to be a problem in the wrestling industry. Give it six more months of what we have planned and what we’re going to put together and the affiliates that we involved that we’re going to be bringing into the picture, Renee. [Laughs]”

Nana noted that Cage was his “original monster,” and despite losing a few matches along the way, he believes there is “no force greater than The Mogul Embassy.”

“We’re not looking for any slackers,” Nana explained. “You’ve gotta be ready to do this. We are at the peak of what I would call readiness. We’re ready to go out there, ready to move the dial. And to change the outcome of where people expect things to be. You’ll see it in the promos, you’ll see it in the work in the ring that we’re tired of just going through the motions.

‘We do this. We’re dangerous people. I’m a very dangerous individual when it comes to the business of wrestling and what we do in the ring and how the business is presented. So I just want to make that clear to anyone on the AEW and ROH roster that we do not take this lightly.”

Nana concluded that they will do whatever it takes, even politicking, and it all starts with their first target in Darby Allin.
