Jon Moxley Unable To Compete At 8/3 Wrestling REVOLVER Show

Jon Moxley will no longer compete at Wrestling REVOLVER‘s Heat Em Up show, but an exciting replacement has been named.

Moxley had been scheduled to face Gringo Loco at the August 3 event in Gringo Loco. Wrestling REVOLVER announced that Moxley will be unable to compete “due to circumstances out of our control.” The promotion shared a clip of Moxley sharing the news and naming Konosuke Takeshita as his replacement.

Jon Moxley and Takeshita have fought alongside each other in recent months. Takeshita has been loosely aligned with Moxley and the Blackpool Combat Club in AEW. They teamed up for the Blood & Guts match on the July 19 episode of AEW Dynamite. There, The Golden Elite emerged victorious.
