Women’s Trios Match, Over Budget Charity Battle Royal Set For AEW All Out Zero Hour

The AEW All Out Zero Hour has gotten even bigger, with two matches added to the card.

During tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, All Elite Wrestling announced that ROH Women’s Champion Athena will team up with Mercedes Martinez and Diamante to take on Hikaru Shida, Willow Nightingale, and Skye Blue in a Women’s Trios match.

Elsewhere in the night, there will be an Over Budget Battle Royale. The winner of the match gets a $50,000 prize that will be given to a charity of their choice. No competitors for the match were announced, however.

The AEW Trios Championships will also be on the line, when The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn will face off against Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh, & Jay Lethal. Dennis Rodman will also be on hand to be in The Acclaimed’s corner.

The fully updated card for the AEW All Out Zero Hour pre-show can be seen below:

  • Athena, Mercedes Martinez, and Diamante vs. Hikaru Shida, Willow Nightingale, and Skye Blue
  • Over the Budget Battle Royale
  • AEW World Trios Championship: The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and Billy Gunn (c) (with Dennis Rodman) vs. Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh, and Jay Lethal (with Sonjay Dutt and Karen Jarrett)

ROH Representation

Earlier this week, All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan hosted an All Out Media Call. Khan was asked about the implementation of Ring of Honor into this weekend’s All Out pay-per-view. Khan made it a point to mention how much he would like to get Athena and Billie Starkz involved on Zero Hour. He noted how Billie Starkz wasn’t cleared yet, but he hoped she and Athena would be involved in the Zero Hour if possible.

“We have a great women’s world champion, Athena. I’ve been looking to get Athena involved, and I’ll just be super honest about this,” Tony Khan said. “I really like what we’re doing with Athena and Billie Starkz. I have a lot of fun booking the women’s wrestling on Ring of Honor; I like working with them. They had a great match recently on the show. They’ll be on ROH again tonight.

“I was with Billie Starkz at the arena last night. [We’re] waiting for her to get cleared because she had an injury. I don’t think it’s anything [that’s] going to be long-term or super serious. Hopefully she’ll be back soon, but I was hoping to get Athena and Billie both involved. Now, if Billie does get cleared, I’m still optimistic I could get them a match and put together a great Zero Hour.”
