Ohio Valley Wrestling co-owner Matt Jones recently thanked fans for the success of Wrestlers.
Wrestlers is a Netflix docuseries that revolves around the life of professional wrestlers competing in Ohio Valley Wrestling.
In a week after Wrestlers started to stream on Netflix, Matt Jones took to Twitter to thank his loyal fanbase.
“I’m Matt Jones, one of the co-owners of OVW. And I want to start tonight by just thanking you for the success of Wrestlers on Netflix. In case you haven’t heard, it has gotten amazing reviews. This documentary of behind the scenes of OVW has gotten great reviews from the Today Show, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, it’s an 88% on Rotten Tomatoes, unheard of numbers. And it’s because of you. You promoted the show, you loved the product and now the world is getting to see what happens here at OVW,” Matt Jones said.
He also revealed that their promotion is currently growing and are looking to do more new stuff in the world of professional wrestling.

For those who do not know, at one point in time, OVW was the developmental territory for WWE. Names like John Cena, Batista, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton were part of a famed class of talent to come out of the territory.
