AEW Rampage Viewership Increases With ‘Grand Slam’ Special On 9/22

AEW Rampage viewership bounced back with the two-hour “Grand Slam” special on September 22.

Wrestlenomics reports that 341,000 viewers watched the show on Friday, which is up from last week, when 335,000 viewers tuned in on Friday.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage scored a 0.12 rating, which also marks an increase from last week (0.09 rating in the same demographic).

Wrestlenomics noted that the first hour averaged 374,000 viewers and a 0.13 rating in the key demographic. The second hour averaged 309,000 viewers and a 0.12 rating.

This Week’s Episode of AEW Rampage

The September 22 episode of AEW Rampage was the “Grand Slam” two-hour special. It was headlined by “Hangman” Adam Page and the Young Bucks challenging Mogul Embassy for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. Elsewhere on the show, Sting and Darby Allin faced Luchasaurus and Christian Cage.

Plus, HOOK, Orange Cassidy, and Kris Statlander faced Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Anna Jay. Additionally, The Acclaimed and “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn defended the AEW World Trios Championship against Dark Order.
