Mariah May is reportedly wrapping up with STARDOM this weekend, but what’s next for her in the world of professional wrestling?
F4WOnline.com’s Dave Meltzer (via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter) is reporting May is actually flying back to the UK to visit family.
While it’s been speculated that May would be headed back to her home in the United Kingdom following her final STARDOM appearance tomorrow, a recent post on STARDOM’s social media teased that she might have another destination in mind.
Last month, it was reported that there was interest in Mariah May from All Elite Wrestling. With AEW WrestleDream taking place in Seattle on Sunday, this had led to speculation that we could see her pop up on Sunday’s pay-per-view.
Fans will have to stay tuned to see where she ends up next, no matter where it is.
Is Mariah May on her way to All Elite Wrestling?
Joshi wrestling reporter Scott E. Wrestling recently appeared on the Mike and JD Show, where he spoke about the possibility of May joining All Elite Wrestling.
“I think Mariah May is on her way. I’m confident in saying it. I think she’s on her way,” Scott E. Wrestling said. “So she’s hinting at the 30th being her last day. She’s very heavily — like her most recent tweet that I saw was like, this is a very big day for me, and you’ll all know why soon.
“It’s like, okay, well, I think we know, but we don’t know. I think we are going to see her in October in AEW. I’ve heard enough from different spots that they’re all coming together that it’s imminent. It’s ASAP that she’s going to go there. I just can’t get away from the fact that she’s going to be there.
“And if that’s the case, this is someone you build around. She is someone who has had 70% of her matches this year in STARDOM. She’s had 94 as a member of STARDOM this year. And she had like 50 before walking into the company or something because she started her career during COVID, or right before COVID.”
