Zack Clayton Has Departed All Elite Wrestling

Zack Clayton is no longer with All Elite Wrestling.

Clayton, nicknamed “The Reality” as an in-ring competitor, signed a full-time contract with All Elite Wrestling in October 2022. Recently, Zack Clayton’s profile had been removed from the AEW website, prompting fans to speculate that he’d left the company.

WrestleZone has confirmed that Zack Clayton is no longer with the promotion.

Update: PWInsider.com has confirmed our initial report and provided more details on the situation. It was noted that Clayton’s contract simply expired, and it was not renewed. It was said there was no bad blood, and he could always return in the future.

Clayton first appeared in All Elite Wrestling in 2020 as an extra. He was later spotted by fans during the Mike Tyson and Chris Jericho brawl on AEW Dynamite at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville. He then made his in-ring debut on the June 9, 2020 episode of AEW Dark against QT Marshall.

The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star told WrestleZone he had started touring full-time with AEW in August 2022. Clayton then announced he signed a full-time contract in October 2022, and Fightful (via Fightful Select) confirmed that he was under a full-time “Tier 1” contract.

Clayton’s last match in AEW was a loss to Dalton Castle on the August 3, 2023 episode of Ring Of Honor television.
