Nyla Rose says her beef with Serpentico may have started over some flying burgers.
During an interview with XeniaDidThat, the former AEW Women’s World Champion took some time to address her longstanding social media feud with Serpentico and how it came about.
“I don’t even remember at this point,” Nyla Rose said. “Now, he claims in his tiny little snake brain that it all stemmed from the burger incident when Britt Baker had her coronation ceremony for winning the title. She had a bunch of Britt Macs that were sponsored by a certain burger clown — I don’t know if we can say these things. But we had a tray, we had a plethora of beef patties, if you will. Excuse me, I’m very passionate about it.
“I may have gotten a little irritated, allegedly. No proof aside from the video footage from Dynamite,” Rose recalled. “I may have gotten a little irritated at Britt being the center of attention. And I may have had a tantrum; it’s what they say. But because the burgers were spilled and balloons were popped, and I might have kicked someone in the shin or two, allegedly. Apparently, that’s where this started for him. Okay, I guess. I don’t remember. He’s just always been annoying, so who knows.”
Serpentico’s Side
Serpentico has confirmed this to be the case in the past, telling the Wrestle Buddies podcast that she ruined perfectly good burgers and he was hungry.
“It was me, Luther, Nyla [Rose], Vicky [Guerrero] and we’re all having a party for Britt and we had a bunch of hamburgers. We had like two dozen hamburgers in the ring. Before the segment was over, Nyla Rose had destroyed all of these hamburgers. Me and Luther were just hungry and healthy boys, we just wanted to eat. I forgot what episode this was but she had destroyed all of these hamburgers. Since that day, me and her have had this long standing feud over hamburgers that she destroyed and I couldn’t eat. Now we’re enemies, so.”
