Alex Kane is not a fan of Matt Cardona.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Kane shared his opinions on Matt Cardona. Kane took some shots at the former Zack Ryder’s WWE career and said he doesn’t need any weapons to beat the self-proclaimed Deathmatch King.
“I am going to beat the brakes off of that man. I don’t care what Deathmatch’s he’s done, you’re the Deathmatch King, you’re the Indie God, but you know where you’ve never been? To the damn streets, and I’m about to take you there. I’m about to beat your ass from pillar to post. I’m going to stomp you into the ground, it’s going to be a rough day at the office for you, dog. The fact that you’re…he’s doing a little meet and greet, some talking to the press, and you ask me about him?”
Alex Kane said the only reason Matt Cardona is cool is because he was in WWE, but he wasn’t even ‘the guy’ there. Kane said he can’t come to MLW and be the guy either, and he needs to temper his expectations a bit.

“You can make all the money that you want. You have your aspirations. You’re hanging out with MSL, which is mad weird, but you know, you corny, so you do that. You’re over here dialing up that spray tan, I think you’re trying to look like me. That’s kind of wild. That’s mad wild, you might need to dial that back and be yourself,” Alex Kane said. “But, when it comes to you challenging me for this MLW World Championship, I’m going to beat your ass. I am going to beat your ass, I’m not going to play with you, I’m going to beat your ass. It’s going to be worse than a Deathmatch. I don’t need no damn weapons to beat your ass. I am the weapon.”
Malcolm clarified that Kane and Matt are not friends and got quite the response from Kane.
“Nah, we ain’t friends. He’s a ho…not the good kind. Not the good kind of ho,” Kane explained. “He’s a cheap ho, he’s a $5 ho… nah, forget…$5 is too much. He’s a 25-cent ho; that’s what he is. 25 cent ho.”
